On 24th May, 2025, Ajobeng Network extended its mission of compassion and service by making a special donation to Happy Family Home in Kwashieman, Accra. The initiative aimed to support children and caregivers with much-needed supplies to enhance their daily living and educational needs.
The items donated included biscuits, assorted drinks, school bags with exercise books and pens, bottled water, food items, and many more essentials. These contributions were carefully selected to bring both nourishment and educational support to the children.
This special outreach was made possible through the kind sponsorship of Hey Kenkey, who provided delicious kenkey and fish. After the presentation, the children, caregivers, and the Ajobeng Network team shared a joyful meal together, creating moments of laughter, bonding, and gratitude.
Speaking to the project manager of Ajobeng Network, Miss Harriet Torkanu she highlighted that the gesture reflects the organization’s commitment to uplifting vulnerable children and providing them with opportunities for a brighter future. “Every child deserves not only food but also the tools to learn, grow, and dream. This donation is a way of saying we care and we believe in their future,” she noted
The management and children of Happy Family Home expressed profound gratitude for the thoughtful support. Caregivers noted that the donation, along with the shared meal, will go a long way in improving both the nutritional and emotional well-being of the children.
